Moblin 2.0 beta for netbook

May 30th, 2009 | No Comments | Posted in Gadget, News / Article

Moblin is an open source operating system built for netbook and Mobile Internet Devices (MID). It is built on Gnome Mobile (Linux) and with improvements. Moblin is focused on Intel Atom-based hardware, but if you have devices with similar specification perhaps you can install it too. You can also run Moblin with USB (live image) so it doesn’t interfere with your current operating system.

Currently, Moblin is in beta (Moblin 2.0 beta) so it does have problems.
